Two Storey Office Fit Out Brisbane South
This client purchased a two storey tenancy at Murrarie and Comfurn Projects managed the entire office fit out project from start to finish, including plan drawings to the supply of all furniture items and kitchen.
Our end to end project management included creating the overall office design and layout, flooring, workstations and furniture, screens and partitions, painting, data, electrical through to assisting with the security and phone setup.
Comfurn Projects built a bespoke kitchen area fully equipped for functions, while also satisfying their day-to-day office needs – and serving as a break out area with full audiovisual facilities.
We were able to maximise the total floorspace available by building a mezzanine floor and creating a multi-functional space below perfect for both client entertaining and training events with capacity for up to 60 people.
As you can see by the before and after images below, a mezzanine floor can increase your space by more than 50%. In this instance, the upstairs area has been used to accommodate their workstations and office areas – giving them their best bang for buck on square metre usage.
